What is co-production?
Co-production is about working together to make services better.
It's more than simply asking for feedback. It's about building genuine partnerships where everyone has an equal voice in shaping decisions, developing solutions and improving services.
At Lancashire Parent Carer Forum, we help make this happen by ensuring families' experiences and perspectives are heard and represented, so that together we can create meaningful, lasting change
